Twin Maple SugarWorks is now a family run business. Everyone is involved in some part of the business from canning syrup to chasing leaks in the woods. We boil our sap using the latest state of the art equipment including reverse osmosis and a "piggy back", concentrating the sap to cut down on the use of fuel(wood). We try to keep our operation as "green" as possible using only trees that have fallen on their own, blocking using a chain saw, and splitting and stacking all wood by hand.
